HOW CAN I PAY?

Here at bows baby we understand that money can sometimes be tight, which is why, as well as offering the traditional payment options such as credit/debit card and PayPal, we also offer a credit option:

Klarna Buy Now, Pay Later:

No fees, no interest. Buy now, pay within 30 days of shipment. Order will be shipped as normal within our current turnaround time.

Klarna Slice It In 3:

No fees, no interest. Spread the cost of your cart over three equal payments. The first payment will be made at time of purchase, and instalments two and three will be collected 30 and 60 days later, respectively. Order will be shipped as normal within our current turnaround time.

No fees, no interest, spread the cost of your cart over 4 instalments fortnightly. Orders will be shipped as normal within our current turnaround time.

what Delivery is available?

UK delivery

All orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked 24 or Royal Mail tracked 48,

International delivery:

All international orders are dispatched tracked via Royal mail , Evri or UPS, please refer to courier website for timings dependent on the country.

Any customs fees applied will be charged to the customer, we do not control customs fees and we do not calculate them, if there is any issues regarding this you would be required to contact the shipping provider directly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size/colour? You can exchange any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your order for a exchange only.

Pre order items

by placing a pre order with us, you are securing a item that is not currently in stock and is ordered especially for you from our supplier.

Please note:

Pre- order items are ordered specifically based on customer demand and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
Pre orders are non-refundable we are happy to offer an exchange/store credit once the item has been received
